三十一年。十一祖馬鳴。於南天竺。以法藏付迦毘摩羅。摩羅造無我論足一百偈。此論至處。魔外無不摧折。

In the thirty-first year, the Eleventh Patriarch, Aśvaghoṣa, in Southern India, entrusted the treasury of the Dharma to Kapimala. Kapimala composed the Treatise on Non-Self in a full hundred verses. Wherever this treatise reached, the māras and heterodox thinkers were without exception shattered and overthrown.
