四年。詔沙門法頴為京邑僧主 詔迎皖山誌公入京。公剺其面為十二面觀音。帝以其惑眾惡之。
In the fourth year, an imperial decree appointed the śramaṇa Faying as Saṅgha Master of the Capital. A decree summoned Master Zhi of Mount Wan to enter the capital. The Master scratched his face and revealed the Eleven-headed Guanyin. Because this confounded the masses, the Emperor disliked him.
