五年。迦毘羅國月愛王。師子國剎利摩訶王。皆遣使入貢。帝答摩訶王曰。此小乘經甚少。國中所有幸皆寫送。
In the fifth year, King Candrakānta of Kapila and King Kṣatriya Mahā of Siṃhala both sent envoys to offer tribute. The Emperor answered King Mahā, saying, 'Here, Hīnayāna sūtras are very few; whatever is in your state, please copy and send it all.'
