二十一年。詔為太后建報德寺。為羅什法師於所居舊堂建三級浮圖○詔四月八日迎洛京諸寺佛像入閶闔宮。受皇帝散華禮敬。歲以為常○詔諸郡僧寺長夏安居。令清眾數處講說。以僧祇粟供備。

In the twenty-first year, an edict ordered the Baode Monastery to be built for the Empress Dowager, and a three-tiered stūpa to be built for Dharma Master Kumārajīva at his former hall of residence. An edict ordered that on the eighth day of the fourth month, the Buddha images of all monasteries in the capital of Luoyang be welcomed into the Changhe Palace to receive the scattering of flowers and reverent homage from the emperor, making this an annual custom. An edict ordered the Buddhist monasteries of all commanderies to observe the long summer retreat, having pure assemblies lecture and expound in several places, supplied with Saṅgha Grain.
