天興元年。詔於京城建五級浮圖須彌殿耆闍山禪房講堂。悉務壯麗。

In the first year of Tianxing, an edict ordered the construction in the capital of a five-tiered pagoda, a Mount Sumeru Hall, Mount Gṛdhrakūṭa meditation rooms, and lecture halls, all striving for grandeur and magnificence.
