佛說涅槃時。有萬五千億人。於是經中不生信心。是人於未來亦當得信。
When the Buddha preached the Nirvāṇa [Sūtra], there were fifteen billion people who did not generate faith in this sūtra; these people will also come to attain faith in the future.
