六年正月。詔迎鳳翔法門寺釋迦佛骨。入禁中供養。傳至諸寺瞻禮。二月迎佛骨歸寺○衡山石頭希遷禪師亡。師得法於清源思禪師。其後派為三家。五世而為洞山。七世而為雲門。九世而為法眼。

In the first month of the sixth year, an edict ordered the welcoming of the Śākyamuni Buddha's relic bone from Famen Temple in Fengxiang into the palace for offerings, and it was circulated among various temples for viewing and veneration. In the second month, the Buddha bone was escorted back to the temple. Chan Master Shitou Xiqian of Mount Heng passed away. The Master attained the Dharma from Chan Master Si of Qingyuan. Later, his lineage divided into three houses: in the fifth generation it became Dongshan, in the seventh generation Yunmen, and in the ninth generation Fayan.
