四年。中書奏。誕節令宰臣百僚詣寺設千僧齋。詔許之。時名僧俱會。士民縱觀莫不傾敬。

In the fourth year, the Secretariat memorialized requesting that, on the Emperor's birthday, the prime ministers and all officials be ordered to visit temples to host vegetarian feasts for a thousand monks. An imperial edict granted permission. At that time, renowned monks gathered together, and the scholar-officials and commoners watched freely, none failing to bow in reverence.
