三年。閩主王延鈞素敬佛。是年度僧二萬人○漳州羅漢院桂琛禪師示寂。師得法於玄妙。末帝朝諡真應禪師（清源八世）。

In the third year, Wang Yanjun, ruler of Min, who had always revered the Buddha, ordained twenty thousand monks that year. Chan Master Guichen of Luohan Cloister in Zhangzhou demonstrated his entry into quiescence. The master had attained the Dharma under Xuanmiao; during the reign of the Last Emperor, he was posthumously named Chan Master Zhenying (eighth generation under Qingyuan).
