三年。詔京師太平興國寺。立奉先甘露戒壇。天下諸路皆立戒壇。凡七十二所。京師慈孝寺別立大乘戒壇。

In the third year, an imperial decree ordered Taiping Xingguo Temple in the capital to establish the Fengxian Ganlu Precept Platform. All circuits throughout the realm established precept platforms, seventy-two places in total. Cixiao Temple in the capital separately established a Mahāyāna Precept Platform.
