端平元年。靈山守愚法師奏。四明延慶法智祖師中興天台教觀所著記鈔二百餘卷。乞入大藏頒行。制可。

In the first year of Duanping, Dharma Master Shouyu of Lingshan memorialised that Patriarch Fazhi of Yanqing in Siming had revived the Tiantai doctrinal teachings and contemplation, and that the commentaries and records he authored, comprising more than two hundred fascicles, should be entered into the Tripiṭaka and promulgated. An imperial decree granted approval.
