慶元三年。荊門軍申忠翌郎趙善瑩狀。當陽縣玉泉山景德禪寺為隋智者禪師開山道場。蜀將軍關王奉智者為師。祈禱屢應。乞賜加封。勅宣賜靈惠大師。

In the third year of Qingyuan, the Jingmen Military Command transmitted the memorial of Zhao Shanying, Gentleman of Loyal Wing: 'The Jingde Chan Monastery on Mount Yuquan in Dangyang County was the bodhimaṇḍa opened by Chan Master Zhiyi of the Sui. The Shu General, Prince Guan, took Zhiyi as his master, and prayers to him have repeatedly been answered. I beg that a title be added to him.' An imperial decree was proclaimed granting the title Master Linghui.
