元統元年。禁私剏寺觀庵院。僧道入錢五十貫。給度牒方聽出家。

In the first year of Yuantong, the private establishment of Buddhist monasteries, Daoist abbeys, and hermitages was prohibited. Monks and Daoists had to pay fifty strings of cash and be granted ordination certificates before being permitted to leave home.
