晉元帝。召潛法師講經。著屐登殿○明帝幸興皇寺。集義學沙門講道○成帝召義法師入禁中授五戒○召潛法師講般若經○召支遁法師入禁中講經○簡文幸瓦官。聽汰法師講放光般若經。

Emperor Yuan of the Jin summoned Dharma Master Qian to lecture on the sūtras, wearing wooden clogs as he ascended the hall. Emperor Ming visited Xinghuang Monastery and assembled monks of doctrinal studies to lecture on the path. Emperor Cheng summoned Dharma Master Yi into the imperial precincts to administer the five precepts. He summoned Dharma Master Qian to lecture on the Prajñā Sūtra. He summoned Dharma Master Zhi Dun into the imperial precincts to lecture on the sūtras. Emperor Jianwen visited Waguan [Monastery] to listen to Dharma Master Tai lecture on the Fangguang banruo jing.
