宋太宗。贊寧僧統入見滋福殿。其處安佛像經藏。立剎聲鍾。即內道場○詔兩街供奉僧於內殿建道場為民祈福○孝宗建內觀堂。詔上竺訥法師。領五十僧入修金光明懺。歲以為常。

Emperor Taizong of the Song. Monastic Controller Zanning entered for an audience at Zifu Hall, where Buddha statues and a scriptural canon were installed, and a monastery pillar was erected and bells sounded; this was the Palace Chapel. He decreed that the Court-Attendant Monks of the Two Streets establish a bodhimaṇḍa in the inner palace to pray for blessings for the people. Emperor Xiaozong established the Inner Contemplation Hall, ordering Dharma Master Ne of Upper Tianzhu to lead fifty monks inside to cultivate the Suvarṇaprabhāsa Repentance ritual, making it an annual custom.
