隋文帝西天闍提斯那來上言。天竺獲石碑說。東方震旦國名大隋。城名大興。王名堅意。建立三寶。
Under Emperor Wen of the Sui, Jñānaśena came from western India and presented a report saying: 'In India a stone stele was obtained which stated: "In the eastern land of Cīnasthāna there is a kingdom named the Great Sui, its city is named Daxing, and its king is named Firm Resolve (Jianyi), who will establish the Three Jewels."'
