30.36

When it increases to two hundred forty-four years, twenty-nine thousand five hundred years of the Final Dharma period will have elapsed. When five hundred years remain before the Dharma is about to perish, if one single-mindedly cultivates this Lotus Samādhi, one will immediately attain purity of the six sense faculties. Therefore, we know that in the final age there is also the capacity to enter the Mahāyāna (Commentary on the Vimalakīrtinirdeśa citing the Scripture on the Contemplation of Samantabhadra).
