（子酉）　周伐齊至鄴。齊王緯走獲之封為溫國公幼主恒改承化（與後主俱走青州。周兵執之。國已）。

(Ziyou) Zhou attacked Qi, reaching Ye. King Wei of Qi fled, was captured, and was enfeoffed as Duke of Wen; the young ruler Heng changed [his era name] to Chenghua. (He fled with the Former Sovereign to Qingzhou. Zhou troops captured them, and the state came to an end).
