（戊申）　十月江西觀察使沈傅師奏。帝誕月請於洪州起方等戒壇度僧資福。制曰。不度僧尼累有勅命。傅師忝為方面違禁申請。宜罰俸料一月。

(Wushen) In the tenth month, the Surveillance Commissioner of Jiangxi, Shen Fushi, submitted a memorial requesting that in the Emperor's birth month, a Fangdeng Ordination Platform be erected in Hongzhou to ordain monks to generate merit. The imperial decree stated: "Repeated edicts have ordered that monks and nuns shall not be ordained. Fushi, disgraced as the commissioner of a region, has violated prohibitions to submit a petition. He shall be fined one month's salary."
