恭帝崇訓。世宗第四子。七歲即位。命宋太祖趙光胤討河東。軍情忽變有飛語云。不如扶點檢為天子。遂立宋祖。降封帝為鄭王。立不一年。

Emperor Gong, Chongxun, was the fourth son of Shizong. He ascended the throne at the age of seven and ordered Song Taizu Zhao Guangyin to chastise Hedong. The morale of the troops suddenly changed, with flying rumors saying: 'It is better to support the Chief Inspector as Son of Heaven.' Thereupon, they set up the Song founder, demoted and enfeoffed the Emperor as Prince of Zheng. He did not occupy the throne for a full year.
