（乙卯）　詔道釋藏經互相毀者刪去。樞密王欽若以化胡經乃古聖遺跡不可削○又詔王欽若。詳定羅天醮儀一十卷。頒行。

(Yi-mao [1015 CE]) An edict ordered that texts mutually defaming each other in the Daoist and Buddhist canons be expunged. Bureau of Military Affairs Official Wang Qinruo maintained that the Huahu jing (Sūtra on Converting the Barbarians) was a trace left by an ancient sage and must not be eliminated. Another edict ordered Wang Qinruo to examine and establish the Rituals for the Luotian Jiao Offering in ten fascicles and distribute them for practice.
