（丙午）　（三月彗現西方。庚申晨見于室。本大如月。長七尺許。丁巳昏見于昴。如太白。長丈有五尺。壬午孛于畢。如月。至五日。沒次年正月上崩于福寧殿矣）。

(Bingwu) (In the third month, a comet appeared in the west. On the morning of gengshen, it was seen in Ying-shi; its base was as large as the moon and its length was about seven chi. On dingci at dusk, it was seen in Mao, resembling Venus, fifteen chi long. On renwu, it blazed in Bi, resembling the moon, until the fifth day, when it vanished. In the first month of the following year, the Emperor died in the Funing Hall).
