偷佛經教偽（第三十化云。胡王見太上徒眾甚多。疑是鬼魅。遂積薪焚之。火起衝天。老君放身光明。火中為王說金光明經。胡王益怒。納之大鑊煮之三日。老君鑊湯之中。蓮華涌出。坐蓮花上。說涅槃經。又云。老君使尹喜為佛。與胡王為師懺悔三業六根五逆十惡。乃說五戒十善。并四十二章經）。

Spurious Account of Stealing Buddhist Scriptures and Doctrines (The thirtieth conversion states: 'The barbarian king saw that the Supreme Lord's followers were very numerous, suspected they were ghosts and specters, and piled up firewood to burn them. The fire surged to the sky, but the Old Lord emitted light from his body and in the midst of the fire preached the Golden Light Sūtra for the king. The barbarian king became even angrier, placed him in a large caldron, and boiled him for three days. From the boiling broth of the caldron, lotus blossoms welled up; sitting upon a lotus flower, the Old Lord preached the Nirvāṇa Sūtra. It also says: Laozi made Yin Xi a Buddha to serve as master to the barbarian king, repent the three karmic actions, the six sense organs, the five heinous deeds, and the ten non-virtuous acts, and then preached the five precepts, the ten virtues, and the Sūtra of Forty-Two Chapters.')
