（乙未）　抄數中原戶計　○宋天狗星墜淮安軍金棠縣。其聲如雷。三州之人皆聞之。及觀則為紅色碎石。或以為兵戈之兆○詔集議出度牒。收四介會子。

(Yiwei) A census of households was taken in the Central Plains. The Heavenly Dog star fell upon Jintang County in Huai'an Army of the Song; the sound was like thunder, heard by the people of three prefectures. When examined, it consisted of reddish broken stones; some regarded it as an omen of warfare. An imperial decree ordered a council to debate the issuance of ordination certificates to withdraw the fourth issue of huizi paper currency.
