（甲子　六六）　至元元年。城燕建都。八月十六改元。大赦天下。設會度僧詔請。

(Jiazi, 66) The first year of Zhiyuan. Walls were built at Yan to establish the capital. On the sixteenth day of the eighth month, the era name was changed, a general amnesty was granted throughout the realm, an assembly was held to ordain monks, and an edict was issued inviting
