（乙卯）　三月遣使宣撫問民疾苦○（平寧都寇○十一月廿七日以星芒大赦天下）。

(Yimao) In the third month, envoys were sent to announce imperial consolation and inquire after the people's hardships. (The bandits of Ningdu were suppressed. On the twenty-seventh day of the eleventh month, on account of a comet's rays, a great amnesty was granted to the realm.)
