（八）　世祖皇帝潛龍時。出征西國。好生為任。迷徑遇僧。開途受記。由是光宅天下統御萬邦。大弘密乘尊隆三寶。

8. When Emperor Shizu was in his dragon concealment, he campaigned against western realms. Cherishing life was his responsibility. Losing his path, he met a monk who opened the way and conferred a prophecy on him. From this, he enlightened the realm, governed myriad states, broadly propagated the Vajrayāna, and elevated the Three Jewels.
