帝命帝師。齊竟天雨金花。繽紛而下。帝云。何故有此祥瑞。帝師云。陛下心花內發。天雨金花讚歎。

The Emperor commanded the Imperial Preceptor [to hold a vegetarian feast]. When the vegetarian feast concluded, golden flowers rained from the sky, drifting down in profusion. The Emperor said: 'Why is there such an auspicious omen?' The Imperial Preceptor said: 'The flower of Your Majesty’s mind has bloomed within, and heaven rains golden flowers in praise.'
