（八　癸未）　沙門室利防等一十八人。來自西域。帝惡其異俗以付獄。俄有金剛神。碎獄門而出之。帝懼即厚禮遣之。時國事區區。弗克敬奉。

(8. Guiwei) The śramaṇa Śrībandhu and others, eighteen in all, came from the Western Regions. The Emperor despised their strange customs and had them cast into prison. Presently, a Vajra deity smashed the prison gates and brought them out. The Emperor was terrified, and immediately sent them away with generous gifts. At that time, state affairs were in turmoil, and he was unable to revere and honor [the Dharma].
