（丙申）　二年冬十月。五星聚東井。十一月召諸縣父老。約法三章。殺人者死。傷人及抵謫罪。餘去秦法項羽使英布殺義帝于綝。

(Bingshen) Second year, winter, tenth month: the five planets gathered in the Dongjing constellation. In the eleventh month, he summoned the elders of the various counties and agreed upon a three-clause law: murderers shall die; those who injure others and commit burglary shall be punished; the rest of the Qin laws were discarded.
