（戊申）　昌邑王（名賀。哀王髆之子。武之孫。在位二十七日。狂縱淫戲無度。罪犯一千一百二十七事。霍光與田延年白太后解璽送之。昌邑廢為海昏侯。誅昌邑。群臣不能輔道者二百餘人。唯王吉龔。遂以數諫得免）。

(Wushen) The Prince of Changyi (named He; son of Prince Ai Bo and grandson of Emperor Wu. He was on the throne for twenty-seven days, behaving wildly, licentiously, and playfully without measure, committing one thousand one hundred and twenty-seven infractions. Huo Guang and Tian Yannian addressed the Empress Dowager, recovered the imperial seal, and sent him away. Changyi was demoted to Marquis of Haihun. Over two hundred of Changyi's ministers who were unable to guide him on the proper path were executed; only Wang Ji and Gong Sui were spared on account of their frequent remonstrances).
