（三十二）　改咸安○是年慧星現。帝詔竺法曠禳之。曠曰。陛下當勤修德政以賽天譴。貧道當盡情。帝乃齋懺災遂滅。

(32) The reign era was changed to Xian'an. In this year, a comet appeared. The Emperor decreed Zhu Fakuang to perform a rite of expiation against it. Kuang said, "Your Majesty should diligently cultivate virtuous governance to expiate Heaven's reprimand; this poor monk shall do his utmost."
