北燕馮跋（字文起。長樂信都人。小字乞直伐。其先畢萬之後。子孫皆食爵馮獅者。因以氏。馮跋善飲酒一石不亂。初仕後燕。因殺慕容熙立雲。雲復為臣離班桃仁所弑。跋乃僭稱燕于昌黎。次年改太平。在位二十一年）。

Feng Ba of Northern Yan (courtesy name Wenqi, a native of Xindu in Changle; his childhood name was Qizhifa.
