(Dingwei) Xiaohui, Ying (courtesy name Riman, son of Gaozu; mother was of the Lü clan. He ascended the throne at seventeen. Seeing his mother's cruelty, he sent someone to say to the Empress Dowager, "I can never govern all under heaven!" and thereupon indulged in wine, women, and licentious pleasures.
