畢公高之後。與周同姓。畢萬事晉獻公滅魏以封萬為魏大夫。至桓子與趙韓共滅智伯。三分其地。至文侯斯。以卜子夏田子方為師。都安邑（隷河東山西道解州）顯王二十九年。秦破魏師虜魏公子印。魏惠王恕。使使獻河西之地於秦以和。去安邑徙都大梁（今小梁也）。

Descendants of Duke Gao of Bi, sharing the same surname as Zhou. Bi Wan served Duke Xian of Jin; Jin destroyed Wei and enfiefed Wan as a grandee of Wei. Down to Viscount Huan, together with Zhao and Han, he extinguished the Earl of Zhi and divided his territory into three. Down to Marquis Wen, Si: he took Bu Zixia and Tian Zifang as his teachers and made Anyi his capital (belonging to Hedong in Shanxi-dao, Jiezhou). In the twenty-ninth year of King Xian, Qin crushed the Wei army and captured the Wei ducal prince Yin. King Hui of Wei, in resentment, sent an envoy to offer the territory west of the River to Qin to make peace; leaving Anyi, he moved the capital to Daliang (now Xiaoliang).
