隆。和帝少子。元興元年十二月生。始百日和帝崩。帝即位。鄧太后臨朝。鄧隲為車騎將軍。改元延平。八月帝崩。太后迎清河王慶之子祐為和帝嗣。即皇帝位　延平（一）。
