奐。武帝孫。在位五年。禪於晉封帝。為陳留王。宮于鄴。至惠帝太安元年薨。壽五十八。諡曰魏元皇帝。景元（四）成熙（一）。

Huan was the grandson of Emperor Wu. He reigned for five years, abdicated in favor of Jin, and was enfeoffed as the King of Chenliu with his palace in Ye. In the first year of the Tai'an era of Emperor Hui, he passed away at the age of fifty-eight with the posthumous title of Emperor Yuan of Wei. Reign eras: Jingyuan (four years), Xianxi (one year).
