丁卯開平元年四月改元。以河南尹兼河南節度使張全美為魏王。鎮海鎮東節度使吳王錢鏐為吳越王。加清海節度使劉隱。威武節度使王審知兼侍中。仍以劉隱為大彭王。以權知荊南留後高季昌為節度使。

In the dingmao year, the first year of Kaiping, in the fourth month, the reign era was changed. Zhang Quanmei, Governor of Henan and concurrently Military Commissioner of Henan, was made King of Wei. Qian Liu, King of Wu and Military Commissioner of Zhenhai and Zhendong, was made King of Wuyue. Liu Yin, Military Commissioner of Qinghai, and Wang Shenzhi, Military Commissioner of Weiwu, were additionally granted the title of Palace Attendant, and Liu Yin was furthermore made King of Dapeng. Gao Jichang, Acting Provisional Governor of Jingnan, was made Military Commissioner.
