三月。靜海節度使南平襄王劉隱既卒。其弟巖襲位。後名龔。又改龑八月燕王劉仁恭之子劉守光即皇帝位。國號大燕。改應天元年。

In the third month, after Liu Yin, Military Commissioner of Jinghai and Prince Xiang of Nanping, had died, his younger brother Yan succeeded to the position, later named Gong, and again changed to Yan. In the eighth month, Liu Shouguang, son of Liu Rengong, King of Yan, ascended the imperial throne, naming his dynasty Great Yan and changing the reign era to the first year of Yingtian.
