夏四月。淮南楊氏即吳國王位。改元武義。建宗廟社稷。置百官宮殿。文物皆用天子禮樂。

In the fourth month of summer, the Yang clan of Huainan assumed the throne of the King of the State of Wu, changed the reign era to Wuyi, established the ancestral temple and altars of the soil and grain, instituted the hundred officials and palaces, and used the rites and music of the Son of Heaven for all institutions and ceremonies.
