八月。晉帝上尊號於大遼主及太后。以平章憑道劉煦為冊禮使。備鹵簿儀仗車輅詣遼主行禮。帝事遼甚謹。奉表稱臣。曰父皇帝。

In the eighth month, the Jin emperor offered honorific titles to the sovereign of Great Liao and to the Empress Dowager. He appointed Pingzhang Feng Dao and Liu Xu as commissioners for the investiture ceremony, preparing guards of honor, insignia, and carriages to proceed to the Liao sovereign and perform the rites. The emperor served Liao with utmost deference, submitting memorials in which he declared himself a subject and addressed [the Liao sovereign] as "Father Emperor."
