六月朔。周帝如曲阜。謁孔氏祠命葺之。禁孔林樵採。訪孔子顏淵之後。為曲阜令及主簿。
On the first day of the sixth month, the Emperor of the Zhou went to Qufu, visited the shrine of the Confucius clan, and ordered it repaired. He forbade the gathering of firewood in the Kong Cemetery, and sought out the descendants of Confucius and Yan Yuan to appoint them magistrate and registrar of Qufu.
