秋七月初行大周刑統。帝欲均田租。以元稹均田圖遍賜諸道。南漢中宗劉弘熙殂。長子衛王繼興即皇帝位。更名鋹。年十六。

In autumn, in the seventh month, the Great Zhou Penal Code was first implemented. The Emperor wished to equalize the land rents, and broadly distributed Yuan Zhen's Equal-Field Diagrams to the various circuits. Emperor Zhongzong of Southern Han, Liu Hongxi, passed away, and his eldest son, Prince Jixing of Wei, ascended the imperial throne, changing his name to Chang at the age of sixteen.
