立皇子宗訓為梁王。領左上將軍。帝北征疽發背。六月癸巳殂於道。甲午宣遺詔梁王即皇帝位。

The imperial son Zongxun was made Prince of Liang and placed in command as Senior General of the Left. The Emperor fell ill with an ulcer on his back during the northern campaign. In the sixth month, on the guisi day, he passed away on the road. On the jiawu day, the testamentary edict was proclaimed, and the Prince of Liang ascended the imperial throne.
