冬十月八日。杭州天竺靈山寺慈雲靈應尊者遵式入寂。遺命臥全身于還遐榻。葬寺東月桂峯下。嗣法明智大師祖韶。韶有二弟子。曰慧辯即海月禪師也。曰元淨。即辯才法師也。海月華亭人。受業普照寺元淨。字無象。生杭州於潛徐氏。賜紫衣。號辯才。元豐六年入寂（本傳碑記）。

In winter, on the eighth day of the tenth month, the Venerable Zunshi, Ciyun Lingying of Lingshan Monastery at Tianzhu in Hangzhou, entered quiescence. His testamentary instruction was to lay his whole body on the Huanxia couch, and he was buried below Moon Laurel Peak to the east of the monastery. His Dharma heir was Great Master Mingzhi, Zushao. Shao had two disciples: one was Huibian, who was Chan Master Haiyue; the other was Yuanjing, who was Dharma Master Biancai. Haiyue was a native of Huating, tonsured under Puzhao Monastery. Yuanjing, styled Wuxiang, was born to the Xu family of Yuqian in Hangzhou; he was bestowed a purple robe and styled Biancai, and entered quiescence in the sixth year of Yuanfeng (primary biography and stele inscription).
