知制誥呂溱出知杭州。首請法智下第一世實相法師梵臻。以天台教觀主天竺看經院（上竺紀勝）。

Lü Zhen, Drafting Drafter of the Secretariat, went out to govern Hangzhou. He first invited Dharma Master Fanzhen of Shixiang, the first generation under Fazhi, to preside over the Tianzhu Scripture-Reading Cloister with the Tiantai doctrinal teachings and contemplation (*Shangzhu jisheng*).
