宋九月。夏人納欵。仍乞還侵地撤邊戍長為蕃臣。乃賜秉常。詔略曰。其地界已令鄜延經略司旨揮保安軍牒宥州施行候疆界了日歲賜依舊（宋錄）。宋封孟軻曰鄒國公。

In the ninth month under the Song, the people of the Western Xia submitted their allegiance, also begging to return the invaded lands and withdraw border garrisons to become tributary vassals forever. An edict was thus bestowed upon Bingchang, which read in brief: "Regarding the border territories, the Fuyan Pacification Commission has already been instructed to order Bao'an Commandery to dispatch an official notice to Youzhou for implementation; once the boundaries are settled, the annual gifts shall resume as before" (Songlu). The Song enfeoffed Meng Ke as Duke of the State of Zou.
