隆興黃龍山晦堂寶覺禪師。名祖心。冬十一月十六日入寂。師生南雄鄔氏。嗣黃龍南禪師。得寶覺法道者。曰草堂惟清死心悟新太史黃山谷吳中立等（普燈）。

Chan Master Baojue of Mount Huanglong in Longxing, whose cloister was Huitang, was named Zuxin. On the sixteenth day of the eleventh month in winter, he entered quiescence. The master was born into the Wu clan of Nanxiong, and was the dharma heir of Chan Master Huanglong Nan. Those who attained Baojue's teaching of the Dharma included Caotang Weiqing, Sixin Wuxin, Grand Scribe Huang Shangu (Tingjian), and Wu Zhongli, among others (Universal Lamp).
