宋夏四月。勅諡杭州天竺寺慈雲大師遵式號法寶大師。南屏法師梵臻諡實相法師。未興軍終南山澄照律師諡法慧大師（南屏諡碑）。

In the Song, during the fourth month of summer, an imperial decree conferred the posthumous title Great Master Fabao upon Great Master Ciyun Zunshi of Tianzhu Monastery in Hangzhou; the posthumous title Dharma Master Shixiang upon Dharma Master Fanzhen of Nanping; and the posthumous title Great Master Fahui upon Vinaya Master Chengzhao of Mount Zhongnan in Weixing Army (Nanping Stele of Posthumous Titles).
