宋溫州圓辯法師道琛所至居止。每月二十三日建淨土繫念道場。會禪律講宗名勝畢至緇素常逾萬人。至是癸酉冬十二月十六日安坐而逝。傳法嗣子法蓮．慧詢．伸韶．韶著指南集二卷。江湖寶之（佛法繫年錄）。

In the Song, wherever Dharma Master Yuanbian Daochen of Wenzhou resided, he established a bodhimaṇḍa for mindful recollection of the Pure Land on the twenty-third day of every month. Eminent figures from the Chan, Vinaya, and Doctrinal traditions all gathered, and the monks and laity regularly exceeded ten thousand people. Down to this year, Guiyou, on the sixteenth day of the twelfth month in winter, he sat peacefully and passed away. His Dharma-inheriting disciples were Falian, Huixun, and Shensao. Shao composed the Zhina ji in two fascicles, which was treasured across the rivers and lakes (Fofa xinian lu).
